Can PLA biodegradable material be made into a flat bottom pouch?

Now more and more countries require biodegradable material. Normal plastic bags can not import again.

As we all know, PLA material is very soft and easy to tear, it is mainly made into single layer zipper bags or flat bags.

But this type is not very suitable for packing food. Since food requires air tight packaging bags. So our factory has a new product line for laminated kraft paper bags with PLA material. 

The inside is PLA material, which looks milky white, and the outside is kraft paper, which can be 100% degradable.
