There have five types we generally use to make aluminum foil bags. They are PET, PETAL, AL, Kraft paper, and PE.

For example: in packing powder/coffee we would suggest material PET/AL/PE, MattOPP/PET/AL/PE, or Kraft paper/AL/PE, pure aluminum foil/aluminum foil to offer the best barrier against oxygen, UV lights, Moisture and ensure aroma entrapping to protect the product inside, especially the pure aluminum foil, much higher barrier than aluminum foil.

We have round hang holes, die-cut holes, and euro holes also can do customized holes as you need, please contact us. The hole is not only for show but also could save space when we would like to hang more style.

Yes. All pouch materials that we use are 100% food grade. We have the certification like (94/62/EC) etc. Files can be shared if needed.

It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. General production time is 15~20 days, the detailed delivery/shipping time can be different according to your receive country and order plan needed. So please tell us your detailed address if you want to know the details.

We have Digital printing and Gravure printing. The prices are different for these two printers.

Digital printing is better to make customized samples, the price will be much more favorable.

If your order quantity is up to 5000~10,000 and more, it is better to use Gravure printing to make the bags with your own design.
